A real web user interface guru needed for web GUI design

Hello, I am looking for a real UI expert(s). Requirements: - superb knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript - superb knowledge of user interface design principles - superb knowledge of design usability - superb screen data organization skills - attention to details - you *must* be able to demonstrate these skills by showing past work examples I am working on a PHP project and need someone to design the user interface. The design will consist of about 6 pages for customers front-end and 14 pages for staff front-end. The customer front-end needs to be backwards-compatible as much as possible. Staff interface should work on modern browsers. A great deal of effort and detail needs to be put into making the interface: - fast loading - easy to navigate - intuitive to use - good screen use (no large headers, don't use entire screen to display few data, ...) - overall user-friendly I am looking for something light-weight and specialized, NOT something like the Bootstrap admin templates on themeforest with loads of features I will never use. When posting a bid please write "My new UI project" so I will know you have read my text (attention to details, remember). Bids without this text will be hidden and not considered. You will only be doing HTML/CSS/Javascript, no PHP. When bidding please: - say a word about yourself (individual/company, location, ...) - show me your GUI portfolio - you are bidding to design roughly 20 pages (customer and staff front-end with several subpages, give or take a few) I am looking for the best designers, not the cheapest ones.
