Dear Client Thanks for giving us the opportunity to bid over your project. As per your description it seems like: 1. You want a CMS website basically over which you want a facility to upload/update the content via backend whenever desired. 2. Along with this you also require a blog/article section, the content of which you may also archive. 3. You want image slider in some of the sections of the website with facility to change the images of the image slider via backend whenever desired. 4. You require a multi-lingual website (assuming the orientation of all of the languages would be from left to right i.e. it would be like english language from left to right and not like arabic language from right to left) 5. There would be a search system to search in the content of website. 6. The design of the website would be simple & sober. However we propose a responsive website design i.e. we would make it on Twitter Bootstrap Framework so that it could be opened up on a mobile or a tablet. We have developed many such websites and would like to discuss this in more detail. I'll give you examples when we'll discuss about the project. You can pay us a very minimum upfront payment say just a $100 or so, and can pay rest of the amount only when the website is complete and you feel satisfied.
