Design for my Consulting Company by PSD

I run a Financial Business Consulting Firm for some years, however I do not have my own web site to introduce my business / service to existing and potential client. I have already prepared the web site layout / rough contents with Excel file so that you can have more concrete image for my requirement. So, I need the web page designe - sophisticated design that exactly matches with my company brand / image and business domain. Plus, I need to ask you 3 designs for my service. It is just a log-in page design. So, I have 1 big project for company web site designs of all pages. And 3 log-in page designs. After I get the PSD file from you, I will pass it to my PHP programmer to integrate the PSD with CMS.
