Design an advanced filter/search app for a webpage

I need an filter designed for my webpage [login to view URL] its not a usual quick search filter although it will have the quick search options on the first page of the filter but instead this filter is a way for people to drill down to deeper specifications of what they are searching for in a visual way. There are sometimes 4 levels of questions that appear as people answer the first level. I need it to be made as easy as possible for users to navigate. I have uploaded an example of how i see it working on the inner/deeper filtering pages but I'm looking for someone with creativity, an eye for design and an understanding of user experience to design a mockup & html for me. To fully show how this functionality up works i will need 3 or 4 different views of it to take into account the different levels of questions/answers and i need it designed, converted to html and completed over the next 24 hours. As i need it urgently for tomorrow. I don't need the whole page designed simply a filter that would look good put on our current design. The filter could be a sliding panel that slides down or something like that so that it doesn't take up the whole page because of the advanced visual nature of it. Please show me examples of work similar to this that you have done. I will NOT be looking at any offers over $100 dollars for this project.
