Hi, I have been developing websites since 2008, most of them with Joomla and a lot of them as directories involving geo-location and googlemaps which are very relevant for real estate. I have also developed sites that get populated by querying webservices or scraping other sites, again relevant to real estate. I'm therefore skilled and qualified to handle your project. It would help if you could share some information about the project. I understand Spanish if you don't have them in English. I would probably use a CCK (content construction kit) called Seblod. It's a free opensource extension for Joomla and I have used it to create various directories. It can handle also multiple registration profiles (agent, tenant, landlord, buyer, seller for instance) which is helpful for real estate. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
