Design a Website Mockup

This is part one of a two-stage project. This is the larger part with 13 wireframes. If we work well on this part, I'd appreciate you completing the second part. This project is pretty image heavy and should be as custom as possible. I've developed a nice set of wireframes and I need you to take it to the next level by selecting appropriate themes, typography, and developing a custom UI that matches. I will also need you to create icons, images, buttons, and banners as appropriate. The selection process: Before I select you for the project we will meet via video chat and discuss the wireframes and you can discuss how your skills will make this a successful project. Specifically, how can you improve with JS and CSS3 animations? If you and I decide to mutually proceed with the project, I will capture ideas that you suggest into an updated and final requirements document. Once we both have approved the final requirements. I will award the project, you will the work, and I will pay you. I am hoping that this process will help reduce confusion and communication errors. I'd love us to develop a healthy long, term relationship so that I don't have to keep working with new freelancers! I will provide you with: - 13 completed wireframes - text content - logo - favicon - style guide template - written specifications You will deliver: - PSD mockups created from provided wireframes - Completely custom UI to include typography,colors, tables, form elements, and other basic stylings - Fully, functioning HTML/CSS/JS templates using a grid-based framework from mockups once they have been approved - Completed style guide based on UI that you have designed. A template will be provided for you. - 100% custom images that can be used in any size and format ( I will not approve stock images with the exception of social media / icons ) Please note: - I am picky, but fair and honest. I expect you to pay attention to detail and communicate honestly if you can't complete a task. - I will not accept any code that is not semantic. Don't waste either of our time if you can't deliver this as I will not accept the code. I will work with you to accomplish this if you need me to do so. I enjoy teaching others. - I prefer a grid-based framework without its own UI. Do not use Bootstrap, Foundation, or similar. - If you do your best, communicate well, and work efficiently I would want you to complete the second part of the website. This is at least a month away, however.
