Wordpress Project Scope

We have a promotion we are looking to launch as soon as all this is ready. The promo details are:

Summer Jump Starter FREE w/ Any Purchase

Purchase any program ( accelerator, monthly membership, finals survival kit or spring break tune up) and try our Jump Starter Kit - officially launching in the fall but be the first to try it out. As a student we understand your schedule will be changing throughout the summer as will your location. We will help you come up with a personalized plan to stay fit this summer-including suggestions for food, workouts & gyms/studios to try

We are looking to add several updates/enhancements that can help us drive sales to our Summer promotion. The product we are giving away for this promo (Jump Starter) is not yet on our site. The 4 products you can purchase are on the site. I envision a promo page that has details as well as the ability for someone to click thru to any of the products they wish to purchase. The intent is to officially launch this product in the fall however we will use it as a way to incentivize purchases now and allow us to fine tune the product.

Items identified that we need to successfully launch this campaign are:

pop up - to promote the offer

landing page/promo page - this would be a more visual version of the details in this document.

email captures added in optimal places on website (top of nav bar, at end of each blog post, on blog)

graphics/images to use ( we currently have these drafted in [url removed, login to view] but need some input on which to use/what to tweak for the pop up and promo page).

We use OAP (Office Auto Pilot/Ontraport) for our CRM/Email Automation

We currently have XYZ Pop Up installed

How much would you charge?

What programs/how would you update the pop up, landing page, email capture

Can you finalize the images yourself or do you need help w/ the graphics?

When would you be able to get this done by?

What experience do you have with launching a campaign/promotion like this?

What else would you suggest we do to optimize our site to improve leads, conversions and sales?
