Homepage PSD designer We're after several homepage designers who're quick and high in quality to join our already amazing and effective team. Budget is $50 per homepage design, the initial mockup must be completed and sent in JPEG format within 24 hours. YOU MUST understand that our clients are allowed to have unlimited proofs and unlimited revisions and we pay $50 per closed homepage design. You could be working on as many as 10x homepage designs at a time. You will be required to send project tracking reports daily, and deal with multiple project manager and multiple sales reps. Your professional ability as well as tracking of tasks and projects must follow our system. We're an existing web design company and if you do well, you'll always have work with us. If at anytime you're concerned with the amount of revisions we will be forced to utilize our already existing homepage designers. We send the most amount of work to the best and the fastest homepage designers. Again $50 per closed homepage design paid on FRIDAYS after raw homepage PSD files are closed. We're happy to pay 50% upfront only ONCE client has approved the initial concept and is happy to start revising that concept. 50% will be paid on the following Friday once this is done. We're a strong team to work for, and we will reward you heavily with projects as long as you're quick and good. Send me 3 websites you have designed so we can view your samples. If successful we could potentially use you for internal page design which is $20 per internal page. (Same conditions apply, unlimited proofs, unlimited revisions) Fluent English is a must. to ensure you have read this description you MUST start your applicatino with the words " I have Zebra Fever" So you will be interviewed first. Also, lowest bids will be interviewed first also. Again $50 per homepage - $20 per internal page design
