Design Simple Institutional Website

I need a designer to create the design/layout of the index/home page of an institutional event (internal games for employers of a company). The final website will be in portuguese, so I'll ask that some of the information is inserted already in portuguese so we can have an idea of what it will look like. But don't worry, all the information I want in portuguese I'll put between quotation marks and I'll explain in english to make it easier for the designer. Since it's a website for internal games of a company, it would be great if we can have a fun, modern yet not that informal website that catches the attention but it's still work-related. The home page should have: 1- A slider (space where images will be passing); 2- A featured button for submissions ("Inscrições"); 3- Information about places and time of the games ("Local & Horário de Jogos"); 4- Information about other important pages of the website with the title in portuguese (between quotation marks), a related image and a space for a short text. These informations will be linked to the pages and will be used to catch the client's attention to these pages. Here goes the list of the pages that should be featured in the home page: * "Resultados do Dia" or, in english, Scores of the Day * "Os Jogos" or, in english, The Games * "Boletins" or, in english, Newsletters) The website menu should have the following items: "Início" (Home), "Os Jogos" (The Games), "Inscrições" (Submissions), "Resultados do Dia" (Scores of the Day), "Boletins" (Newsletters) and "Contato" (Contact Us). In the top and the bottom of the website, there should be icons for Twitter, Facebook and webmail. We will provide the logo as soon as the freelancer is hired.
