Build a new corporate website. Senior website designer and Website developer needed

SENIOR, VERY EXPERIENCED WEBSITE DESIGNER REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT. Before we can look at any proposals we will want to see some examples of your previous work in Wordpress, ideally in the marketing services sector, but any good work will be viewed seriously. We are a SME marketing services agency. We are looking to redesign our main company website. it is aimed at a B2B market. We are only looking for people with strong experience in website design and implementation through a Wordpress CMS. Current situation - We are a full service agency. We specialise in working with people aged 16-30 - Our current site is too wordy and fails to inspire people that we empathise enough with the market we work with (young people) - Being ‘wordy’ and ‘serious’ does work well for some clients. In some ways it helps display our [login to view URL] not everyone feels this way. And nowadays you only have a few seconds to win someone over General requirement - Create a new website that we can update easily - The new site will need to be visually strong, conveying the dynamism and energy of youth more effectively - We are broadly happy with the information architecture of the current site so no major navigation changes are envisaged - The new site needs to recognise there are tensions in what our different clients want / expect from us. In other words there are some areas of complexity - We are essentially creating a tool that will make people pick up the phone and call us, or write to us as quickly as possible. - We produce a lot of great content on our blog. We should be able to integrate blog content into contents pages. Specific requirements - Design all the types of pages that we need on our new site. This will be determined after discussion with us. Currently there are the a relatively small number (about 10 types of pages e.g. home, content page, clients pages, case study page, etc) plus our blog/media centre - Need to develop a look and feel for the new site - Wire framing (don’t envisage the architecture changing radically although if it does e.g. because the design necessities it, wire framing will be needed) - Design example pages for each page type – up to three iterations - Site build in Wordpress - Testing and commissioning Resources we can offer - We have a big – if not brilliant - photo library. Technical requirements - We want to build our new site in WordPress. This will include all our blog content currently on our site (and hosted in WordPress, although the main site is hosted in something bespoke to another agency) - 75% of our web traffic is desktop. 23% is smartphone. Our new site will need to be fully responsive and look great on Android and iphones as well as desktop. - The new site will need to be very friendly and well suited to maximise SEO opportunities - Cookies opt out thingy will be needed I guess? - No new branding / visual identity required
