Build an Online Store

I want to build a website with a nice attractive design, each user create an account or can login by Facebook account, it allows users to upload pictures from computer, or Facebook, or instagram to their own library. After they upload a picture, they choose their print size according to a preset standard sizes that i will provide, after they choose the size, i want to website to automatically calculate the quality of the print based on that size (depending on the resolution of the image that the user uploaded). Also, the website should allow the user to crop the image in order to match the aspect ratio of the print size (example, 3:2, 4:3, etc...) , if the quality of the print in respect to the chosen product is low, i want the website to alert the user . In another words, i don't want the user to receive a low resolution product. after the size is chosen , the user can apply photo filters to the picture, (black and white, sephia ,etc...) . Then the user can choose the product option , framed picture type( different types) and size, or print it on a block , or a poster. and once the product is chosen , the user can see a graphical virtual picture with the final product chosen with the same colour and size ( example: the photo with black, silver, etc... frame around it ). Also, i want the website to show them the end product , and the user can adjust the position of the picture in it like it will be at the end product. I want the user to be able to choose multiple products and add them to the cart. Then the user chooses the shipping address, and has the ability to pay by credit card, or paypal, or cash on delivery. After the order is placed, i want a good management system to allow me to manage the orders and attached picture files in a good and easy way. for example, classify them according to product type, product size, and order number, or area, or any idea the developer has in mind.
