Brain storming or Flow Chart for Website Mockup (Page notes/interactions)

DO NOT COPY and Paste your details.... I need you to be able to start now using teamviewer/skype so we can discuss the project. I have attached some Website mockups that another freelancer had done. Now i need to fill them out like the image named "Template" We can use mind mapping program or some sort of organized flow chart to get down: Visitor Interaction/User Roles: what will visitors be able to do on this website? List all the activities they will complete while visiting. Sitemap and Navigation: what is the structure of the website? List the sections and content categories of the website. Content Management: how will content be managed on a day-to-day basis? Is there a need for a Web Content Management System? Editor Interface: how will editors update website content? Define the editor environment and everything required to allow editors to do their job. Assumptions: list any assumptions made about the proposed website.
