Autodesk Maps import data and cad

We need someone to write script/programming for Autodesk MAP. we need a application with a GUI or a script that will let the editor input and overlay 3 types of information layers over topographic maps from a database. there are basically three types of objects point (x,y coordinated provided) line segment (made of 2 sets of points) and close polygon (made up of several sets of points to form a closed polygon). the point data will have among its attribute a set of lat and long. line segment will have two sets of lat and long apart from its attributes. while every segment of the polygon will have three set of lat and long. the third set being nil unless that segment is a arc in which case the radius column will be a valid number too. all the data of the area of the charts thats is cover will be extracted out first in text delimited form. and then fed to the application to generate the charts . all the object should be in layer and sub layers group. the data will be provided and we need an application to extract the data and generate points, lines, polygons over topographic maps. finally, be able to output to PDF in cmyk for printing use. Autodesk map can handle some map projection that we required. We are not sure if autocad can do this, but if autocad can handle this all the better for us since autodesk map is much pricier than autocad. but if autocad is not able to handle the projection than we will have to use autodesk map. I previously recieved comments that with every upgrade of Maps, the way of input changes. But i think we will just use one version of the map and not upgrade it.
