Copywriter for e-mailing campaign wanted

We look for an experienced copywriter with good designer skills to support us in our next direct e-mailing campaign. The campaign aims at promoting our software solution for online collaboration to selected companies on the Asia market (Singapore and Hong Kong). The professional should deliver a HTML document containing marketing text and some graphics according to the requirements below.? The HTML doc should be as light as possible and not heavier than 500 KB. ## Deliverables *Text requirements? * * Grammatically correct text in English * Well-formulated, inspiring, “call-for-action?? text message promoting our product to the target group * Up to 1 page (A4 format) length Note: additional guidelines re. text content will be provided after candidate’s appointment. *Design requirements* * Catchy, and stylish design in the colors of our product logo (resp. any other suitable color combinations) adding structure and visual value to the text message * Pictures can be used if they strengthen the marketing message, but any visual overload should be avoided. The professional should prove his right to use the selected pictures or inform us about their prices in advance. Semantec will decide whether and how (directly or through the professional) to purchase these pictures. Note: product logo will be sent after candidate’s appointment. * Design* *and development process requirements:* The professional should provide cost estimation and time schedule for this project as well as a short project reference list (experience/projects for the Asia market will be considered a strong advantage). ? Initially the appointed ? professional delivers several (3 design and up to 3 text drafts) versions to identify options and directions for further refinements. In case the first text draft has been generally accepted, we proceed further with text refinements. If the first main text draft has not been approved, a second one should be provided. With regard to the design versions, all 3 drafts should be delivered at once and we pick one or two options for refinement. After refinements we decide about the final text and design. During the project we are always available for review and clarifing questions to help minimize effort and speed up project work. Also we are open to suggestions to structure the collaboration effectively. Important: All deliverables are completely the seller’s own original work and may not be taken (in whole or in part) from any work that the seller does not have full copyrights to.? ? **Deliverable verification:** You will be required to provide us with the following docs before payment: 1) Final text version in Microsoft Word format 2) Original pictures used in the HTML marketing message (if applicable)3) Final version of the HTML document containing both text and graphics/pictures.
