I need a Postcard to be designed for MS Publisher 2007. The card needs to be 4x6 and I want a picture to be behind it, in the background, with opacity.
I will submit a Microsoft Publisher 2007 file that is partially complete now and expect you to finish it and make the photo go behind the content (kind of like a watermark) with with opacity.
Also, I have an example of what I want on the measurements (these files show the front and back of a postcard for reference on the measurements). These files are in PDF format. I also want what is on the back side of this pdf to be added to my MS Publisher 2007 file (the postage endorsement in the upper right corner).
Design of real estate postcards is a real plus if you have that experience.
Do not respond if you don't have MS Publisher 2007 to edit the file and send it to me after you're done with it.
