Hi, my name is Matt S Rinc and in 20 years of Internet marketing I am now working in multimedia e-learning for adults for last 4 years, currently studying instructional design among other topics in PhD studies. Your course has to be "chunked" to meaningful, manageable and short online/offline lessons. Here's my proposal (e-learning done with Articulate Storyline): 1. Checking your lessons and organizing the material. 2. Creating modules brief storyboard and narrative. 3. Creating/selecting support materials (people "avatars" and "doodles" - at least doodles, manually drawn images of real objects are more persuasive and remembered than real images/photographs. 4. Integration of case studies - adults participate in training if it is believable and see the personal benefits to them. 5. Preparation of tracking results in Learning Management System (LMS). 6. Installing LMS (login, admin/instructors/learners), probably free Moodle. 7. Configuring all modules, testing tracking and final delivery. All involves a lot of work (even with your current materials already done) and fresh designer from faculty of arts I have on team will be engaged too. Timeline is estimated to max. four weeks with two milestones: 1st milestone: all materials structured, draft training without content (quizzes, questions, surveying logic etc) prepared and approved by you, 21 days, 50%. 2nd milestone: all the course modules prepared, tested and delivered, 50%.
