Design TWO (2) Banners for a Professional Law Firm Website

We are looking for a solid and professional graphic designer that is capable of doing the following in a very professional and clean way. Banner 1: Refer to page 1 of "[login to view URL]" and look at the mockup drawn. 1) We want a woman in a suit looking at the background of a barren desert. Look at "[login to view URL]" maybe we can use this woman. 2) We want the sky to show storm clouds in a dark grey background. 3) We want an outline similar to what is shown in the mockup with boxes around each word shown. (ask me if you need help reading the word). Banner 2: Refer to page 2 of [login to view URL] 1) We want to take the empty undeveloped and dark appearance of banner 1 and show the same land that was once dark and empty is now beautiful. 2) Bright sky with crisp clean lines. 3) Show a clean community with well designed buildings, manufacturing facilities, windmills in the background, some trees and show the community embraces green energy. 4) Make sure it is the same woman standing and looking into the background in banner 2 as well. Requirements: 1) Please have solid feedback and a good portfolio. 2) Please see attached images as examples of work done by others that we want to ensure you are capable of producing the same kind of work. 3) The banners will be replacing the two banners you see on the homepage here: [login to view URL] 4) I need the job done by Monday June 16th please.
