Design a T-Shirt

I am looking for a new and cool Competition t shirt design for my academy. I am looking to somehow get the 300 movie and Leonidas worked into the design. We are 1 academy that competes against many other academies that are joined together as 1. Since we are always out numbered, I was thinking of somehow having a Black and White image of Leonidas and his Army on the Front of the shirt and our academy logo on the Back of the shirt or vice versa I have attached our academy logo along with images that we use before competitions to hype up the team and a few others for ideas. (on the Front) Alvarez Jiu Jitsu Army (on the Back) One Academy, One Team Against them All I am looking to get a sketch of the design
