Advertisment to be created

Need a digital advertisement created that will also serve as a form of print collateral. The image must be landscape with a height of 1000px and be in .jpg and .png format. The winner must be highly skilled in photo editing software such as PhotoShop and the like. We do require constant communication to get this job done. If you are off weekends and lack the ability to respond timely, please do not bid on this project. We do require to see your portfolio/samples of your work, if one is not attached we will not look at your bid. If you bid is above $75 we also will not look at your bid. We would like a creative bidder who can enhance our ideas as they are presented to you. Regarding the idea: We are looking for a simple and bold advert that is similar to what is attached.
