A rendered 3D image - open to bidding

Hello, I would like a 3D image created and rendered of a human body, maybe on her hands and knees and rendered in an "ash" type style with the body being fragmented (similar to that attached). I am not an expert on this though feel it may need to be done in 3D Studio Max with maybe a few samples supplied for to me for review. I do have an attached image that I would like it to look similar to. I would also want to own the copyright to the image for use on a book cover so all should be free of copyright. I estimate that this should take no more than half a day (4 hours) for an experienced designer. I would like the completed image in a high quality electronic file/files Please let me know what you would be able to achieve and if it would be close to that attached. By the way the image attached is copyrighted and can not be used so it would have to be a totally different image that looks similar. I would also like to be given all the working files for future use if required. Look forward to your reply. Alex
