An interactive parcel shipping and forwarding platform

Hello I'm looking to develop a dynamic website. I will illustrate what I have in mind. This will be a professionally designed and scale able website that helps customers ship packages and mails to destinations all over the world. There will be packet drop off centers in different cities (stationery shops owned by affiliates who work on commissions basis), but the bulk of the business will come from internet based customers placing package pickup requests online from their homes and offices. An Internet based customer will typically register for the service on a simple form and will be issued a unique ID number by the system. They may then initiate a shipment online taking advantage of additional facilities. They may also setup a package pickup with date and time. This platform should give the customer an form to input weights and other variable measurements and the site will automatically calculate freight charges and transit times following set parameters or obtain these information with the help of API from our freight carriers.eg. DHL, TNT and FEDEX. A delivery tracking facility should also be available. We also desire a feature that allows any of our drop off centers to capture shipment details (Merchant login) (sender, consignee, destination, weight and dimensions) in a browser window and that information registers on our server in real time. The drop off locations will have a unique identifier ID which also allows for commission at a percentage of revenue to be assigned to them. The platform should have an admin module where permissions and other variables are set and administered Other features will include, shipping rebate, promotional coupons, priority shipping, express shipping, sea freight forwarding, automatic shipping label generation, shipment tracking, invoice issuance, open invoice tracking and invoice display to the customer.
