Custom my Wordpress website + Allow to e-commerce

Hi - My wordpress website, [login to view URL] allows people to hire fashion designers - it is using the Hirebee theme from Appthemes. What is need done is straightforward: 1. Allow the fashion designers to also sell stuff 2. Allow fashion designers to upload an image of their certificates to be displayed on their profile, and to be seen only by users who are registered and logged in. The website is already fully responsive, pls don't change that. The theme im using is Hirebee from Appthemes. Your coding must be clean.
