Create 4 module positions and assist with layout of positions

the image below shows a video module on the left and a 4 square grid. I need the exact setup on my joomla site. I currently already have a video module that will go to the left. On the right i need four modules positions created that will be filled with 4 images the size of those squares. Job Create 4 module positions setup 4 demo images inside those positions the layout should appear exactly like the picture when done.
