Convert my website to a mobile site based on my requirements

I need someone to help me make my site mobile friendly, aka mobile site.
I know the design and layout of how the site should look like, need someone to implement what I want.
My site uses google maps to calculate distance based on pickup address and drop off address... based on the mileage, cost is calculated and customers can select which vehicle to rent and upon entering credit card number, and submitting, the reservation links to my reservation software.
Everything else is standard links to information pages... but the above section is the only customer part that needs extra attention.
