Cloud Font Implementation

Hi there, i currently have a wordpress site implemented on my server with a custom theme. I need assistance with implementing specialty fonts through one of the cloud font providers. These are the ones i am looking at: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I will be implementing two main font families: One font family (bold, medium, thin) for headers, sub headers, navigation. One (bold, medium, thin) for article and page text. I need to change the font on every page of my website including navigational bars. I will subscribe to the service myself and choose the fonts. All you need to do is implement the CSS (form what i understand).
