Build new Joomla website

I am looking for a skilled Joomla developer who can build me a brand new website, based on a specific template. The purpose of the website is to showcase a vacation home and its surroundings. Initially the site will contain 4 pages: - Home (banner + short sales pitch of the house + availability) - Photo gallery (organized in multiple sections? - inside, outside) - Full description of the house and its surroundings + prices + links to other business in the area. - Contact page (+ Google maps?) The site should have the following features: - multi-lingual support (we start with English but it should be easy for me to add other languages later) - contains an availability calendar plugin (front-end displays availability, back-end allows both property owner and property manager to easily manage the calendar entries) - Google Analytics integration - contact page sends email to 2 addresses (property manager + property owner) - Facebook Like - links to Facebook, Google+, Tripadvisor, AirBnB and some other sites in the property rental industry (typically logos with a property-specific URL) - client must be able to add/delete/reorder pictures in photo galleries without web developer intervention. - template [login to view URL], or something similar that can be made to look similar to the customer-approved design (see attached files).
