Build a design a wordpress Website

I need a custom wordpress website developed and designed, that does the following -Race Calendar <This is not necessarily in a calendar format, more like a list of events that can be filtered by date, sport and distance. Similar to [login to view URL] <The ability for a user to add a race or “event” to the list. I would like this to be done via a form they fill out with the needed info... Then the calendar is populated with the title on the correct date and the other info populates the individual page for the event i.e [login to view URL] <Information for each race would include: event name, sport (road biking, mountain biking, road running, trail running, triathlon, snowshoeing), brief summary, Event distance, Event date, event website, Race Directors name and contact info, Good example: [login to view URL] -Blog -Classifieds <Listing would have to be approved by a administrator -News and Media -Ability to capture emails -Affiliate program <something like the hot deals section on [login to view URL] It would offer other vendors the chance to advertise a particular item or a large list of items. They would not necessarily be purchased at our site, so it may be more of an affiliate program. -Banner ads and other marketing options to sell to vendors -Spotlight sections on the home page <Race Spotlight <Athlete Spotlight <Retailer Spotlight <Gear Spotlight -Business Finder- similar yelp.com. a system that could be used as a business review that has filters to help sort to get the desired info.
