Build a Wordpress-Based Website with Customizations

We need someone to build a WordPress website for our NGO that has the following customizations: 1 - It should have events feature 2 - It should have a membership feature where members can log in to view particular content 3 - It should have a section that pulls RSS from a news website 4 - In relation to design aspects like sliders, colors, buttons etc. we already have a role model website in which you will make a mock of it. 5 - It should have a careers page where our members can post their job vacancies for the public 6 - It should have a directory page that has the info about our members 7 - It should have multilingual support as we will make it in 3-4 languages 8 - It should also have the basic features like creating a map, being responsive, contact form, newsletter form, 9 - Any other feature that we may add during the building course Based on the above criteria, we can build the website on our own with free plugins but we need someone to do it without plugins for speed issues also to allow us a bit time to work on other stuff. - Do not bid over our limits (max 60NZD) and you will automatically disqualify - We will not release any milestones until the job is completed - We require at least 2 months of help after completion in case something breaks or need help related to the website - We want this done within max two weeks, if you can't do it in 2 weeks then do not bid.
