Build a Website

Free lending Library web site Basically I have a library of books I would like to lend out to friends and neighbors. I need a site which I would list each book I have by: Title, Author, Publisher, Year printed - A picture of the book and a couple other things. I would also need a login for the site so that when people come to site they would make a username and password for verification purposes. It would simply allow them access site and show previous books borrowed and view available books etc On my end I would want to approve every new user. Oh and by the way this is all a free service just to lend books out so there is no charge and therefore no ecommerce or anything) I will have to enter all info for each book I have as mentioned above...name, author, publisher etc... and there should be an available and unavailable button next to book so when its rented out no one will ask for book because they will see it is unavailable for a few more days (lets say book rentals are 2 weeks) This way they will see 200 books in front of them for example if they search under all for instance and maybe a few will be taken. They can also search under Author and find only the books by that author as well as books by that publisher etc Now next part of site (I don't know if this will work or not is allow other people who have books to enter as not a customer but as a "library lets say if they have 100 or so books they can do the same thing. So if I am in Georgia and someone else wants to join site to lend their books for free they can sign up as a library and list their books as well. So if this can be done I will have lets say 3-4 or maybe many more people eventually (I don't know) who have a library of books at home that they would be happy to lend to neighbors and just haven't until now because they had no way to let people know that have them and are available to borrow. (It will be a little tricky getting the word out there but maybe word of mouth) I would have to approve each customer that wants to enter site and search for available books. I would need their Name, number and email and they would have a username (pref their name) and they would make a password. - It needs to be extremely simple for people to add info of books into system...and as soon as someone borrows a book it can be marked borrowed or unavailable. The reason why I want to approve them is because I want to know who is interested in borrowing books but also because I would have Address and phone number of libraries so they can contact them to tell them they want to borrow a book and then go ahead and pick one up. If I can see how many customers are logged in at any given time would be great. And if there was a chat installed so people who are customers can enable chat option to chat with other customer if they want. Not main part of site but would like to be able to comment about book and rate it 1-5 star Also a section to request a book if not in their library. A place where people can donate books or money to Library as its a free service. And a section if someone is looking to give away books for free ______________________________________________________________________________________ Summary- Comments / Chat Rate books 1-5 star with comment Search Tab (must be able to search by: Title of book, Author, Publisher, Topic, Info would be above plus copywrite date, hard or soft cover etc And should have place to upload picture of book TABS Free Ebooks - Download the following ebooks for free - Topics - Health etc etc....With links to download Giving away books! - I have 10 books I am looking to give away for free and wanted to know if anyone wants them.
