Build a Website

Hello all, I'm looking for a person to build a business website. The website should have a visitor part and a provider part. In the visitor part, visitors must be able to choose a location (e.g. City Museum) and a date range. Having chosen that, the website should show a timetable for each day in this time frame (like an outlook calender overview). Next to that calender overview there has to be a selection of events (e.g. Car exhibition) that take place in the chosen location. Visitors then have to be able to drag and drop events from the selection into the calender and the event then are shown at the specified time. When the visitor is done filling in his "calender" he should be able to be directed to a log-in / sign-up page where he has to provide his details. After he did that, he should be able to download his created calender into a .pdf. This is for the visitor part. For the provider part, providers must be able to log in and to enter their events into a table where they can specify type of event, description, time, date, location, cost etc. (e.g. "Car exhibition", "old timer cars from the 1920's", "12:00-17:00", "12. February 2015", "City Museum", "20$ entry fee"). These events are then shown in the customer part, depending on the customer's entry of location and date (and other filters). I have hosting space and a domain already if needed. The source code should be made available to me after building the website (and having paid you) to download via FTP.
