I want a new custom site to be similar to another site I own nocreditcheckhouseshomescom. It needs to be the same except this site will feature mobile homes instead of single family homes. This is a fairly simple project for those that know what they are doing. I need it to have an administration panel necessary for the site functions. I must also be able to add, edit, or delete all text on each page of the site from the admin panel. Plus I should be able to add listings of mobile homes for sale including up to 5 pictures for each listing. This must be a very simple process. I own other websites and the admin should be similar to those as far as ease of use. Please review the reference site thoroughly and pay attention to every detail as I will expect it to function identically and the only difference will be the name of the site and the design as I need a more professional and clean design. Again ask all questions PRIOR to bidding please. The other differences I want (or don’t want) are listed as follows: I want the ability to update keywords/title/description. Please ask ANY questions PRIOR to bidding otherwise I will assume you will build per my instructions. Respectfully I prefer to have these custom made and not a prefabricated template etc…..I am open to suggestions that might make the site even better but what I have already mentioned must be completed. Let me know your bid amount as well as the length of time you estimate for its completion. I am not in a rush as I prefer quality. I also want to see previous examples of your work. Let me know your ideas and what you can do etc. Freelancer experience will be given preference. This site is very important site for me and I respectfully want the best I can get. I will escrow ½ of the payment once this project has been awarded but not release payment until completion. I also request a 30 day support to fix any bugs or issues that might arise. I also have another site I will want built along these same lines and would like to hire the same person if all works out well.
