Seeking an entrepreneurial-minded, adventurous web developer/hacker with solid jquery skills and fluent in a LAMP environment to partner with me on revamping my website [login to view URL], the leading vacation rental portal offering free listings. Here is what I offer to the right candidate:
1.) Roundtrip airfare to and from Phuket Thailand, free air conditioned accommodations in your own 2 bedroom house, which I use as an office.
2.) As much free Mexican food as you can eat, and margaritas!
3.) Sailing trips around Phang Nga Bay with your own cabin on a 45 foot yacht, snorkelling, diving, coding and drinking beers listening to great music.
4.) Girls, Girls, Girls, We will hit the girly bars at least once a week.
Project can last from 1 to 3 months or more, depending on how it goes and how we mutually feel about a continued partnership. If I don't have enough money to pay you right away, we will draft up an IOU, and agree on the amount, and I'll eventually be able to pay you off... Or perhaps you just take ownership stake? We would need a few days working together remotely to see how things go before flying you out and agreeing on terms of the project/pay/possible partnership.
