Build a Website

I need to have a website copied to include the same functionality but to be social media enabled a little bit more. It is best to sign up as a free user of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to get an understanding of the functionality that will be needed to support such a site. it is also worth noting that the site administration point of entry for content managment for [login to view URL] is www.svadba.com. In my opinion the more challenging aspects of this project is how to connect billing to minutes on chat and for viewing pics and vids. In this respect, there are aspects of [login to view URL] functionality that could be interesting to incorporate...though I am not sure how much can be done via 3rd party tools to support it. I need to be able to host this site and need operational version available in a reasonable time frame. Proposals must demonstrate how this project can be done in phases and a timeline that is realistic as neither of these sites were built overnight and it will take time to fully understand the database structures, functionality needed to support, and design the admin panel for managing content, billing, as we need to accept all major credit cards, paypal, and mainstream online payment services.
