Bluestone Real Estate Management Group, llc Summary of Services and Scope of Work GENERAL Bluestone Real Estate Management Group, llc is a company providing real estate services to commercial and industrial building owners. We do not do residential property management. We are looking for a simple web-site to help sell our services. Perhaps one day we can include a portal where the owner and tenants can access to see the overall operations of a particular property and provide for critical communications. The site must look professional, clean, functional, dynamic, visually pleasing which would be search engine friendly, cross-browser and compatible with all mobile platforms including Android, Apple etc. The following pages are envisioned: Home Page About Clients (including photos and testimonials) Services (property management, property clean-outs, tenant fit-out, facility maintenance and repairs) Contact (phone, email or on-line request) BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING AND REQUIREMENT The function of the web-site shall be a source for potential clients to check my credibility and to sell my numerous property services. Each service will have a separate page thoroughly describing the service along with pictures and links to sign up for any particular service. Prior experience in marketing is helpful. PROJECT TEAM Karl F. Pfeiffenberger Jr., President of Bluestone Real Estate Management Group, llc will be the prime point of contact for this web-site project. PROJECT PLAN Once selected for the work, you will be required to provide a detailed project plan with a schedule for approval that would describe the General and Technical/Design Approach and any other additional tasks or components you feel is valuable to a successful web-site launch. IMAGES Images should be in hi-resolution for the main features on all of the web-pages. DELIVERABLES Provide Karl F. Pfeiffenberger Jr. with all the original files and source codes, scripts, fonts and original design files so he can utilize for future developments/applications and editing.
