We need to redo this website, 21st century like:

It's old and clunky and amateurish. It has served it's purpose but we need a modern and bold revamp.
We're thinking wordpress,
Bold, simple, clean and effective presentation of images and content.

Colours and design at this stage would be black/white green /gold
Australian sporting colours are Green and gold (bright yellow etc) example of AU Olympic uniforms:

After goggling for some colour options I found this, love the green and also the style of it. Inspiration perhaps?

We're the sporting organisation (NOT FOR PROFIT) for all Kettlebell sports in Australia, also known as 'Girevoy sport', in brief this is an endurance sport where competitors compete in bodyweight classes and with specific weighted kettlebells over a timed period (usually 10mins) while performing a series of movements which are counted as repetitions. There are winners by weight category and also overall winners based on volume calculations versus bodyweight etc. The sport originates out of Russia / Ukraine and is very popular throughout that region as well as Europe, the US and Asia. this website is used to promote the sportsmen and women of Australia both nationally and internationally with the aim to compete on the world stage.

Kettlebells come in different types, shapes and sizes, within Girveoy sport we use KBs that look like this:

examples of other international organisations for the sport: all designs are mediocre IMO.

Almost all of them are very clunky, old, cheap sites,
we want to stand out as modern, forward thinking and slick.
