Build a Website

We are currently using wordpress to develop a new website for our legal practice. The purpose of the site other than all the usual things including a blog is to allow our clients to accept the terms of our client agreement online and provide data relating to legal matters. Once they accept that client agreement we then want the client to complete a form which will provide us with the data that we need in order to produce other documents and letters. Some of these documents need to be automated so that the document is produced and emailed when the form is completed. Other documents need to be produced manually using the data submitted in the form at various stages of the transaction. In some cases the client must complete a form and as a result of the completion of that form a document is produced and purchased online. The data that the client provides must be stored in a secure location in the back end of the website so that we can review that data and use it in the future if the need arises. We would prefer to use wordpress rather than any other form of software as we have been using wordpress for some time and we understand the back end. We want to be able to manage the website ourselves. We have recently started using gravity forms which is a wordpress plugin. We would hope to be able to use these plugin to achieve want we want. We would like to work closely with the freelancer and part of this assignment will be ongoing training to assist us to use the site and so that we understand changes that are made. We are happy to pay for at an hourly rate. It will be important that we can communicate regularly and easily with the person doing the work. We would like to be able to chat online in relation to these things. We would like to obtain an estimate first up for the various parts of the work. We could then agree a fixed price for some parts and an hourly rate for other parts.
