Build a Website-forum for a new style if gun would like to almost copy one below at least the user options

Similar functions as this on mine forum [login to view URL], will need emails available to forum moderators, links to sponsors, want to have a virtual server this forum has about 36k users and took like nearly 8 yrs to get there- mine won't be as large I plan on keeping it to "as a matter of fact" conversation - I will have sponsors who will advertise and collect a fee to have people register so monies coming in woukd have to be routed to an account- 1st time opening a site however I have an idea of how it would want to look as it is direct towards the average fella but mainly a place to get military and law enforcement to a forum without all the talk/nonsense that happens on the link I posted above so with law enforcement and military and please look up FNH(fabrique national herstal) is the brand of gun the forum will revolve around my email is uchupa2000@[login to view URL]
