Build a Website for parcel forwarding business

Hi, I need someone to help with building a website for my new business. The criteria for the website will be simple: a similar one to [login to view URL] The website should be able to place parcel delivery orders from customers, immediately connect to the actual delivery service provider such as Parcelforce or DHL (I have accounts with them so I have the link for this function), and customers then can download the actual parcel delivery label. Please note, I just started this business so the budget is tight, anyone demanding huge amount of fees please just don't waste your time as I won't be able to pay you. However, this is an on going business and in the short future, I will need someone to help with two or three more websites, probably lead to a permanent position in charge of the it department in my company (these will all depend on the parcel forwarding website). One more thing, I am not sure how much this website will cost so it is open for bid. I hope that I will find that someone I can work with for a long time. Many thanks
