Build a Quiz competition Website

I want to make a simple quiz competition website . My requirements are.. 1. I want to add 5 questions per week which starts from monday only. (competition no 1) 2. The visitors have the time till next sunday to answer the questions. 3. The next monday have to publish the answers and winners name with starting of competition no 2 4. Visitors have to participate with FB account only (Sign in option) 5. No need of a domain because i have it already, Only want to make the site creation only 6. Winners have the prize of mobile recharges of Rs.100 for 5 winners. 7. I want a attractive home page which displaying of the prize details, Sign in options with fb, and each column for each questions after sign in with fb for submitting the competition for visitors. 8. Also need for a attractive part for publishing the winners name 9. Finally i have to advertise my site so when it start to work for my site please add empty place for adding ads. 10. At last i need the visitors to my site only from India. So want to promote my site. MINIMUM 100 VISITORS TO SITE PER DAY
