Build a Oddschecker Style Site

We want to build a betting odds comparison site similar to [login to view URL] please look at this site in detail before bidding. The main area we need help developing is the odds comparison part. Each bookmaker provides xml feeds of their odds but labels events slightly differently. I believe the easiest way of getting a comparison product live with all odds for each bookmaker and event is to scrape the odds from oddschecker in the first instance. At a later stage we may look to plug in separate xml feeds from each bookmaker. You can look at a single event here: [login to view URL] - Each event has multiple markets to bet on. We will provide links to our partner bookmakers rather than the links available in Oddschecker. We have a designer who can provide the PSD source files for how we want the site to look but will require someone to code this into a web ready site. If you are able to make this responsive for mobile that would also be helpful. It would be helpful to know what you would need from us in terms of achieving a fully working odds comparison engine, which can display events and their respective markets. We want users to be able to select odds and click away to join our partner bookmakers. We are based in the UK.
