I have a site i need built.I need someone to build the site for me and get paid at the completion of the job... I have bad experience with people getting millstone and never completing the work.. So my terms on this project is no money till site is complete...Do not bid this job if you can not agree with the terms... Also i want a price for the site...What you bid is what i pay You give me fair price... Ok so i would like to go over my site idea so that we are on the same page on what i want I want a full working site like with admin... I want to charge a fee via pal for members that want to join and get paid...i want to track members that join via unique links provided at signup..meaning when you sign up and pay membership fee you get your own account with unique link to [login to view URL] you share your link via facebook,twitter,ect and someone joins the site through your link you get paid a fee for the referral joining...payojob tracks all traffic and pays for traffic.I only want to track joining members via unique account link in member accounts and in admin per [login to view URL] needs to see whos link members joined from to pay accordingly .view [login to view URL] view [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ..Payojobs has a survey to do in order to get paid...i do not want this on my site.i want my members to get paid for referral signups only..and i want them to be able to request pay any time meaning if they have 10 signups or 1 signup i want them to be able to request payout....I would like a space on the site and in members area to advertise a few ads on..i need a cost for the project with time it will take to complete ...i have the domain and host purchased on hostgator with cpanel ect ...On the links to join the site i would like to give them 3 different options to choose from to join the site Option # 1 is free to join and pays member .005 per signup with $500 min payout Option # 2 charges member $.02 to join and pays up to $.01 per joining member.. if member joins free they make .005 if member joins $.02 fee they get $.01 if member joins option 3 for $0.12 they get $.01 Option # 3 $0.12 to join pay out is up to $0.10 ...if member joins free they get .005 if member joins $.02 they get $.01 if member referred joins $0.12 they get $0.10 i need the unique links to track joining members and what member ship they chose to join payojob is a fake site it does not pay members payojob trackes visitors i can use a bot to run up the payout the survey is set up to not alow payout on accounts i do not want the survey on my site i want the real deal so i can pay my members ... want to use paypal payment gateway or any other Paypal is 130000 countries so this should be no problem to use Check by mail is also optional as well on my site i need a main i need info form at signup to capture page , address, email,user name,password,phone number,and name of person i need a terms / faq page i need a contact page i need all joining members to have there own individual account page admin needs to track all member unique links and what members joins there link admin needs to track all payout amounts and needs to be able to complete payout admin needs to track all member info for recovery reasons admin needs to be able to email all members admin needs to be able to delete accounts anytime Site needs email verification to complete signup 1) work on this website with php , html5 , jqery and ajax lang. 2) use paypal as payment gateway 3) make design in bootstreap so that user can use website on mobile phone also 4) integrated mail function in it so that notification can come on mail 5) make admin panel which can update user information , amount , delete or add user in website 6) make one video through which user can understand basic functionality in website about payment process and scheme 7) also attach admin mail id so that some information admin can also get on his mail inbox 8)give you 100% maintenance and support till site is running correctly 100%
