Design work for website - repost

Hello I need something done quick and properly. If you cant design something modern or good please dont reply back to me. This is what I need done. 1) Logo Design 2) Header Designed 3) Footer Designed 4) Email account set up for my domain name. I have an example of a header and footer you need to design. You simply can copy it and set this up very quickly. The site I am creating has plug ins. So I dont need a website design. Just logo header and footer. And set me up with some working email accounts. Here are the detailed instructions that was sent to me that I have to do.: First Step - Headers and Footers In order to actually activate the site, we’ll need to integrate your look and feel. In order to do that I’ll need the ‘shell’ from your site. The ‘shell’ consists of the .html, .css, images and any other code associated with your header and footer. We’ll take that code and integrate it with your booking path and activate the site. Please ensure that the code you send is only associated with the header and footer and not the other content on your pages. The easiest way to send this to me, is to actually build a page that only contains the header and footer you would like to use. Then send me the link to that page and I can pull all the code I need from there without pulling code I do not need. Time Line: I need to review this by Friday the the 9th. Second Review by Saturday the 10th Completed by Sunday the 11th.
