Design a logo for a social enterprise

I require a logo (must be a vector graphic) for a new cleaning social enterprise being established. This particular social enterprise offers employment to asylum seekers.
The logo must:
-Include the title of the enterprise - ASRC Cleaning
-Be bright and inviting (three or less colours + black if required for text)
-Focus on positivity
-Be landscape orientation (in order to easily add to letterheads etc.)
-Be simple
-Clearly indicate we are a cleaning enterprise, yet offer an element of difference from other cleaning companies
The logo can involve silhouettes but no photos/cartoons etc. and these silhouettes should reflect our workforce (asylum seekers). The logo will also ideally indicate progression in life and/or empowerment of our workforce i.e. asylum seekers gaining valuable experience before they move on to future roles.
I am open to all suggestions.
