Dating Website DESIGN (NOT programming) & Logo(repost)

I require you to effectively design for me a new layout and concept for a dating website.

You need to be creative and very skilled.

You will need to lay out all areas of the website precisely so the programmer can do the software side and code the site.

**Design all pages** including home page.

**Design cartoon motif** for website that can be adpated into flash and will also form part of the key distinguishing feel of the site.

**Design logo.**

I will require extensive revisions until i am satisfied.? Attention to detail is very important.

The site will be a subscription based service where members can view a few profiles for free and to contact other members they must pay.
