I'm a marketing strategist (recent start-up) my business focuses on social & digital media, brand, HR comms. I have a vision for the logo design that I want: simple, American Typewriter font-the attached presentation gives an understanding of the preferred colour palette - although I am keen to see other styles/options. The style needs to be funky, strong, simple, warm, memorable - not girly, loose, soft, wishy-washy. The logo will be featured across all my social media assets, of which there are many, my blog, my website (which is not yet live), email marketing, business cards (largely e-assets).
The brand name is: Croagh INK. I want the 'INK' to be the key name used in conversation & general vernacular in reference to my business. The premise of the brand: as a hobby writer, corporate/professional writer & 20 year marketing/advertising professional, the notion of 'INK' holds true for what I do in a traditional/old fashioned sense. Thus I see a greater emphasis being placed on the 'INK' than on my name (Croagh).
My work (B2B), being largely in the social media space, is delivered across a multitude of sectors: healthcare, IT, finance, consulting, retail, fashion. The logo needs to stand out across all of the innovative platforms across the social web. An understanding of me (as the brand has to be representative of me as well): cheeky, smart, focused, driven, engaging, strong, meaningful, results-oriented.
