Business Card Redesign w/ Possible simple logo included

Would like the attached business card redesigned.
Front Side:
1) Redesign using attached Remax and Suncoast Logos. Would like ReMax logo to be more prominent. Not crazy about the white space around the suncoast logo. Open to a white background with blue lettering? Need ideas?
2) Correct phone number for Julia to [url removed, login to view]
3) Change website on front to [url removed, login to view]
4) Change e-mail address to (will advise when awarded)
5) Add fax #[url removed, login to view] if possible
6) Open to having ballon overlayed into the all or part of the Suncoast Logo.
7) New font welcome! Prefer "Calibri" (1st choice), Arial or Tahoma but open to suggestions.
Back Side:
1) Replace thel Peach and text in the white background area with the attached (new) peach logo.
2) Redesign backside so that both of our website are more equally prominent (the peach a bit more prominent).
3) Next to the "Short Sales [url removed, login to view] website add "Owe more than your home is worth? Explore All of Your Options at (the show new logo or [url removed, login to view] text).
4) Possibly design a [url removed, login to view] logo (Please specify if this is included in your bid; preferred) that 'matches' or blends better with the [url removed, login to view] logo. Open to colors on that. All white background preferred - looking for a look that's clean as possible.
