Brewery Logo

I am a start-up company. It is a BrewPub called Mimbres Valley Brewing Company. This is reposted as previously I was doing 2 logo's and an image, since I have decided to stick with one logo for Mimbres Valley. The logo would need to have an area that can easily change the name of the product, example is Amber or Stout or whatever we feel the necessity to name that certain type of beer, but I want the logo to be consistent. As a BrewPub we are constantly using different types of beer and would need the convenience of changing this, we do have Macromedia Freehand and Fireworks as well as Microsoft Publisher so once the image is done being able to change that name in that program format would be ideal. Mimbres Valley is originated from the Mimbres River in New Mexico, it starts in the Gila National Forest and is actually a dry river throughout our area but it is still known as Mimbres Valley just north of us. I have attached a few images I liked online that met the feel for what I am looking for. The image needs to be both color and have the ability to use black and white and still look good and consistent. I have only attached files that I liked so you can get a feel for what I am interested in. Basically I want an old look and feel to it with mountains and a valley that has the ability to fit Mimbres Valley Brewing Company and the beer name and if at all possible the website.
