Design an App Mockup

Hi, I have finalized the first version of an app that facilitates menuplanning, in particular for people that are (or should be) on special diets. When referring to special diets, think of people that need to e.g. eat glutenfree, lactosefree, lowcarb, etc. The app has been build in SenchaTouch, using the default look & feel. It now needs a good "lick of paint", in the form a Sencha Theme. I.e. a clean but UI-friendly design that makes people want to use the app over and over again. What I expect from a provider: * excellent design skills, with focus on usability, not showing off design prowess * a clean but eye-friendly design * experience with designing for mobile * experience with either Sencha Architect, SASS and/or Compass * solve design issues as much as possible with utilizing SASS/CSS and base64 if necessary * interested in long term cooperation (we will need to design different UIs for different customer segments) * keep the design separated from the logic/code In your bid, start with the word *healthclub*, so I know directly you've made reading it to this far :-) Also, be specific about RELEVANT projects you have done before, using which technologies / frameworks / design principles precisely.
