I have a simple data collection site that has a large form separated into several pages using javascript. The form fields are currently just in a vertical column down the page. I'd like to add some nice styling and positioning to make a nicer presentation to the user. I have a rough sketch of a design, and each form element is wrapped in a div tag for easy positioning. I'd like you to position the form element DIVs like in the sketch I'll provide, plus make some color, font, and layout decisions to make the site look more professional.
