Alter Existing Packaging Design - Need Completed within 12 Hours - Easy Project

I need the final deliverables created in AI CS6. I also need this project finished before 10:00am EST (within the next 13 hours). Please do not bid unless you can meet this timeline. If you take the job and don't, I'll be forced to leave negative feedback. I of course will remain available to promptly review your submissions. This job is the first of what we expect to be many, and this job will allow us to gauge the quality of your work and if we can continue to work with you. Prior packaging design experience is a huge plus. What we need is for the attached packaging design to be altered so we can use it with our packaging. It needs to be altered in a few ways. The first, remove the logo in the upper left hand corner. Second, match the new design to look nice with the attached (new) logo. Lastly, we need the packaging design to be made "unique"...the attached packaging design is not ours, it is somebody elses. We like the look of it, but we obviously cannot use their design. So in addition to the color changes you make so that it looks nice with the new logo, we also need you to made changes that you as a designer still makes it look good. Maybe additional faded areas, some new lines/designs, etc. The packaging is 8" H x 10" W so the final design should match those dimensions. Please do not design the image with the "holes" you see cutout in the attached image. We'll handle that. Design an entire image. We need two final deliverables. The first should be your new "unique" packaging design that has NO LOGO in the upper left hand corner. The next is that we need your "unique" packaging design, but WITH the attached logo in the upper left hand corner.
